Clearly she was the one hurt if she has relationship trauma and can't trust anyone or herself to get into another one. Also, who the fuck said a he can never be the hurt one? My husband has literally been hurt by his past relationships. Every single one of them. I don't dismiss them as him being the manipulative one because he's a guy. I know men can get hurt in relationships too but that's irrelevant based on a story about a fucking WOMAN who is afraid of getting into another relationship or having trust issues in relationships or whatever the hell her story was because I'm too lazy to watch through this again. No one ever said men can't get hurt. And I of all should know that men can get hurt and women can be manipulative as my husband was destroyed and I was manipulative as a teenager. I'm sure if people had the ability to control their mentality, they would stop what's wrong and do what's right most of the time. Even murderers have mental problems! You can't put all of them in prison, where they couldn't coprehend between bad and good. They need help, not to be pushed off, because they "were toxic" to you or smthg worse/else. If you were put in their state, I'm sure you wouldn't want to hurt anyone too, but your mentality triggers it. Simple.

Thing is with Catherine in the first story, there's multiple explanations to why she could of been that way, maybe she's had abusive relationships in the back, so she kept assuming that everyone was going to be abusive to her. A different story could be that Catherine was trying to get some sort of evidence of something against the person telling the story to report him to police or to get him in jail for whatever reason. It could also be an entirely different story.

I think the first girl, Catherine was schizophrenic. The way her mood and mentality kept changing like the way it was described, it definitely sounds like schizophrenia. I hope she got the help she needed, and I feel sorry for her having to go through that with a guy, because it must be scary liking him one minute, and not liking him and being scared of getting hurt the next. It also sounded like she had been through bad, potentialy abusive relationships in the past where she had gotten hurt before. I understand that the guy would be a bit freaked out and annoyed with her, but he could've been more understanding and less judgmental of her, and it should've been pretty obvious that she was suffering from a mental condition. If he truly cared for her, he wouldn't have told the mental hospital not to contact him again, and would check in on her to see if she was making progress and getting better. But then again, it's just all that stigma around mental health, which is not okay.
