This show is surprisingly entertaining and hilariously self-aware. Rave did say he learned everything about romance from books so those phrases had to come from one of them because I cannot fathom how he is so pure and then spouting phrases like that. Im going to hold on to hope that him having these specific age requirements is relevant to breaking the curse or something plot related because its just a weird detail to keep focusing on. I hope Hadis isnt dying because him saying well things should be good for three years is major red flags.

This “daughter of the god of war” is almost certainly a translation error by the way. I can see how they turned “軍神令嬢” into that on second thought but I didn't take it as that and I asked some native speakers and they all agreed they wouldn't take it as that the “god of war” part refers to the character's parent. /Jill/ is the “god of war” here. It's like “war god damsel” but in Japanese the word they translated as “damsel” in the title is often put behind noble titles as well to signify the daughter of the person holding the title.

OP was hella wholesome and funny. And Hadis just seems like he's a really good guy (maybe questionable because of his age preference but still) he's too innocent and pure but the things he says sometimes especially to Jill is just so hilarious and i feel like he's oblivious to it which makes it even more funnier

Ok, so I'm thinking the age thing probably has something to do with magic or magic affinity/development... or something. Show seems to just be messing with us in that respect, and Hadis said he'll wait till she is old enough to actually marry her... which now that I wrote it... that doesn't really make it better cause she's 10 and he is 19. But 😮‍💨🙄 gonna give the story a vote of confidence for now, I do like how it's going so far. P.D.: If Crunchyroll still had comments... it would be wild 🫠😆

i have no idea about spoilers and all, but this guy kinda give me the same feeling as Arnold Hein. like he intends to disappear. for example when it mentions he wants a 14 year old bride, because when 3 years have passed, she would still just be 17. and that just happens to be an age where women would typically get engaged and married (i think Rische was about 17). just my gut though.

Although, I expect that she still was a virgin in previous timeline. 19:15 It is weird but it keeps tourists out, so that's good. By the way, it heavily reminds me of Tearmoon Empire, a time-reversal that also was going hard in plot, opening and graphics but got sandbagged by western audience.

Im just realizing something so last episode Hadis said he would have preferred if Jill was two to three years younger than him so thats 16/17 so did he lie to Sphere because he didnt want to marry her maybe because she couldnt see Rave. Just a thought

The show is giving me Inu x Boku vibes. Loved that anime (glad they ended it when they did). I want this one to be good, too. The writer seems to want to play with the forbidden love tropes, both in her first life and second, but it is clear from the MC that these are wrong. Hope that continues.
