I met Eric over a decade ago and shared a bill a time or two at venues like The Hotel Cafe in LA. Have long been a fan of his songwriting and his "Sounds Like This" record was in heavy rotation in my life when it came out. Fun fact, when I met my wife Kristen (before we were married) and she lent me her car after mine broke down in Salina Kansas, this record was in her CD player and I listened to it non-stop across 9 states.
