Yeah, since the beginning of this dynamic Aqua has _always_ avoided Koro-san or addressing how she is clearly closer to Okayu. The most she ever says is "Yeah they are close and have a strong bond", but she always avoids getting compared. Instead she does stuff like in this trial where she throws Shion under the bus, because she is confident about any of the other "rivals".
