Sup Noah. Good stuff as always. It may take YEARS to find the right co-founder. There's no rush folks. You'll know when you find him/her.

A little creepy that I was just searching “how to find a cofounder” on google last night and this morning a new email from Noah popped up in my inbox lol. Super helpful! Looking for a cofounder for an activewear apparel brand targeted for runners!

What skills are you looking to get from a co-founder? Happy to share it out.

Matson Breakey Thanks! I appreciate that. I’m looking for a cofounder who is a passionate runner, has a background in apparel design (ideally) and/or is entrepreneurial.

Mostly leaving a comment for the algorithm -- great topic by Noah here -- it's far easier to build a business with a cofounder than without one.

Great video 👍 Awesome to see the impulsive & less impulsive co-founder dynamic exists / works. Gives me some hope my Chad is out there. Google's placement of the video ad (right after you introduce Chad) is also impressive.

Right?!?! I though that was Chad at first... lol

Great video Noah! Thanks so much. But what if he asked you 51% or 70% of the shares?

Then he probably wouldn’t have been a great partner. I’m glad you enjoyed it MM.

If I have a good staff member right now who I want to make them co founder one day. Do I give them a goal to hit example if u help us hit x amount revenue I will make you a cofounder and give you shares? When that happens are they on same salary + shares?
@LinhPodetti4 жыл бұрын
And is it possible to just make them higher rank and give shares than to make them a Co-founder?
