I learned to use AIDA from one of Neville's videos, where he taught the audience to write an email copy to promote bottled water. He made it look so stupidly simple that I've been using it since, in my writing, social media and even presentations. I've seen a lot of people talk about AIDA but he never fails to break it down without over complicating it. Plus, his email newsletter always cracks me up. It's always a fun and lighthearted read. By the way Neville, been a big fan of your work and writing, keep it going man, cheers!

Fantastic. Practical, useful tactics and strategies. I hired Neville to help our company with our copywriting and this video does a great job summarizing the critical takeaways. These tips have paid off big in our email marketing and sales page copy (we do anywhere from 30 to 100 sales per email, and growing)...and we're continuing to reap the rewards as we get better and better at implementing these ideas - (real life) practice makes perfect.

You guys are golden. I used the advice in this video for the copy for an aviation safety seminar a colleague and I are putting on: Are you working towards your CPL and want to start getting prepared to land your first flying job? Wouldn’t it be great to know what kind of scenarios you’ll typically find & deal with them safely? Then we have the seminar for you. John Crawford and Gordon Cull are are two professional pilots, with decades of combined experience. We’ll look at typical day-to-day situations as well as recent stats, trends and a case study or two. It will be totally interactive (No boring talking heads reading from slides here). YOU are the most important part of this seminar, and will dictate which direction we take it. THEN... We’ll end with tried and true methods to get your first flying job, from 2 guys who have been there (from both from the pilot and crew management side). Resume formats, interview questions, building the resume in the era of Covid-19 and more. We’ll end with a half hour Q&A session. Ask us anything you like. As they say, NO STUPID QUESTIONS. So who are we? Why should you listen to anything we say? John Crawford worked the ramp, the dock, in the cargo office, and in medevac dispatch as he got his licences. He has since flown floats and wheels commercially in 4 provinces and has also been a Chief Pilot, Operations Manager and PRM. He has most recently flown the DHC-2 Beaver for a local carrier and has also flown C-180, C-185 on amphibs and floats. Originally from Langley, Gordon Cull started his aviation career as a fueler at YVR. He went on to fly a PA-31 Navajo, Beech 99, Lear 35 & 55 and the 747. He is currently a 777 Captain for a major carrier and was recently a 777 training Captain. Between the 2 of us, we have floats, bush flying, cargo, medevac and airline operations covered. So signup today. We have limited spots, and first come, first served. Just reply to this email to save your spot.

One of the best things I've heard on marketing. Great points. Easy to follow. Quickly create compelling copy. Suggestion based on #4. A short to the point video is more effective than watching almost 17 minutes. 2 versions- short version and if there's interest in more detail- the long version. I could read the high points in less than 60 seconds but instead I had to watch 16:47.

10 years ago, a young Jewish man knew 3 things about himself: "I love to code, I love good deals and tacos." He had a dilemma about what career/project to pursue in life. If he followed traditional job advice, maybe he would have been an ordinary software engineer, a greedy sales man or a how-many-tacos-you-can-eat professional contest winner (not so much demand for that profession, yikes!). Today, he runs his own business, where he combined his 3 passions in an amazing and creative way: it's a software deals company with a taco brand image. And he is a millionaire, so he can afford all the tacos he wants. If you want to clarify and plan YOUR career life so it really fits you and make you fulfilled, check out my career counselling package for young jews on the rise. In Real Estate, it may be Location, Location, Location - but on the internet (ahem, all business) it's COPY, COPY, COPY!

- ZucK4mint38 had just finished "The best ego stroke." The comments echoed with applause. Noah was still cleaning up the warmmed up sticky cold brew starbucks coffee that he had spat out in laughter over his influential t-shirt. I decided that this would be a dramatic moment for me to make my debut. To the amazement of all my friends, I confidently scrolled up annd logged into Office Hours. "William mc connell is up to his old tricks," amiddleagedguy chuckled. They all laughed. They were all certain that I couldn't type a single meaningful comment. "Can he really comment without Kissing Ass?" I seen RJ Youngling reply to Zuck4mint38. "Hell, no!" they replied. "He never made a single worthwhile comment in all his life... But just you watch. This gunna be good." I decided to make the most of the situation. With mock dignity I drew out a wet wipe and lightly sanitised my keyboard. Then I positioned my mask so the condensation would not cloud my glasses as well as my judgement (as I had seen happen to so many dorks in the movies.) "What do you think of his technique ?" quipped a voice from the chat. "We're in favor of it!" came back the stream of laughter emojis from the chat. Then I started to Type... Instantly a tense silence fell on the underdogs. The emojis vanished as if by magic. I typed through the first few lines of genuine gratitude. I seen gasps of amazement. My fellow underdogs sat breathless spellbound. I typed on and as I conversed I forgot the people around me. I forgot the hour, the place, my digital guests. The little quarantined Island I lived in seemed to grow dim almost-unreal as if it was like Westboro or even Narnia. Only the words were real. Only they had passion and ignited the giant vision it brought me. Visions as beautiful and as changing as Noah's choice of AirBnB or a rave full of LED finger lights. It seemed as if the master of Kopy himself were speaking to me-speaking through the medium of story-telling-not in words but in pictures. Not in sentences, but in exquisite actions. As the last characters of the compassionately coherent comment were submitted, the room resounded with a sudden roar of applause. I found myself inundated with @handles and lagged emojis filling the chat window! Everybody was exclaiming with delight-plying me with rapid questions and sliding into my DMs with pings of notifications snapping me out of my social stupor... "William! Why didn't you tell us you could type like that?"... Where did you learn?"-"How long have you studied?"-"Who was your teacher?" "I have never even spoke to my teacher," I replied. "And just a short wile ago I couldn't type copy for sh*t." "C'mon dawg quit your kidding," laughed Noah, himself an accomplished Content King. "You've been grinding for years. I can tell." " I have been validating it only a short while," I insisted. "I decided to keep it a secret so that I could surprise all you underdogs." Then I told them the whole story... "Have you ever heard of Neville Medhora?

I googled more info on aide format. Later, went to do a KZbin video home workout on my TV and got an ad for some aids medication. Freaking hate targeted advertising.

You know what??? Forget my business I'm still trying to convince my son to eat soup but today I realized something. No wonder why my kid runs away from the spoon whenever I want to feed him or why my business is yet to grow, I lack the AIDA aka Yoda wisdom. Hmmmmmm.... Maybe if I do this course I can get my child to eat the soup.....oh yes. And get more costumers as well. That would a super bonus for my life.

Copywriting is dead if you hire copywriters because they rewrite content from the top-10 without understanding the topic. Search for experts (bloggers, journalists) who know your topic and can provide something new and unique.
