The second Sensei.....Something about him.......He has the right heart.......With right and perfect effort, directed in the right way, is necessary. When our practice becomes good, we may become proud, or hubristic, or some other quality of mind that imagines oneself "superior". That pride is extra; we should get rid of excessive things - right effort is great and endearing effort to get rid of that something which is extra - with maximum vigor (not brittle, not hard, not ridged hardness - not like a marshmallow, or a placid, unfeeling, unthinking automaton, but with the correct movement with the correct mind), we perform the movements. Then we may learn something new. The correct spirit of repetition is to always, and without fail assume the most vulnerable position; the beginners mind - all ways, at all times, in practice. If we don't experiment, and test, and trail, listen to everybody (the most senior to the most junior and to outsiders in other disciplines) and make mistakes, we wont learn. You must never cease in placing yourself in a position where you will always make mistakes; chaos, the unknown. Be bold. Cultivate Valor - Cultivate Courage - Bravery. Peace.

Thank you, very nice. I have a back belt in Shorin Ryu - Jyoshinmon, and there is nothing like it, simple the best.

You should never say you do the best martial arts until you tried everything ;D just kidding, but I think everything has something interesting. Especially if you see how related everything is, if you recognise some of the roots in shaolin kung fu.
