When Caleb Williams ran that 66 yards and fought off all those defenders and dove in the end zone, it was like it was him against the entire Texas team and that lit the Oklahoma players up then, and it was like an awakening or something . wow! Spencer is a very very good QB but he had a tough day and didn't look happy about Calebs success and it is a bad look and it will hurt him.

When the game started to get back close I was transported back to my years at OU. I was a member of the Pride of Oklahoma in 1996. OU came into OU/TX 0-3. We fought back and ended regulation with the same exact score that the 1995 tie game ended. As we watched James Allen we rushed the field. Now with the traditions of the game. When the game is over the band from the winning team plays postgame and the losing has to stand and watch. Also the Ruf/Neks and Silver Spurs had a bet that ended with the loser getting their head shaved on the 50. We surrounded the Silver Spurs and blew their ear drums out with Boomer Sooner! It was exactly what this game is about. As this game progressed and we fought back into the game. I love this game EVERY YEAR! Rankings, win loss records, talent, never matter in this game. It’s a fight from opening kick to the final gun. Boomer!

I was a student at OU then and went to the game also! Punt return for a TD towards the end and then James Allen going off! A Texas fan asked me after the game how it felt to be 1-4, I asked him how it felt to be beat by a team that was 1-4...great memories!

It's not a sophomore slump. Rattler is just a dingleberry. He's gotten a big head and as a result he's already lost whatever edge he had. If Riley doesn't make Williams the starter he'll be in serious trouble because it's not a game anymore, the fans wanna win and if he can't give that to us then we'll have to find a coach who can.

I said it from day one, promoting from within was a big mistake and so far I've been right because all Riley has done is sustain what we were already doing under Stoops. He hasn't made us any better, he hasn't elevated us to another level, and if he doesn't learn how to coach with attitude and swagger he never will. He's not a killer and he probably never will be.

Something else I wanna say. Sooner fans need to stop booing Rattler. At one point I heard Sooner fans chanting F*CK you Rattler! This has got to stop. When I was at OU we had a QB named Eric Moore. Every time he dropped back to pass you could audibly hear the entire stadium hold their breath because he threw more INTs than TDs. I was friends with him and we took some classes together. He got booed quite a bit. It really really hurt him. It’s sad because he really was a good dude and he was a young guy.

Other than the play at the 18 minute mark, I didn't see the refs do anything to aide OU. So idk what they're talking about. Caleb Williams helped provide some stability to the offense, in which they needed. As well as provide an extra run threat, which the Texas defense had to respect. Though he had a couple of amazing deep completions, his passing game wasn't all that. He was just more decisive and calm, which is what Rattler lacks.
