Good luck trying to poison items! This perks definitely needs a buff or sissy’s poison items needs a buff (larger radius for notification, highlighting poison victims, highlighting poison objective items through family vision [like HH traps]) She definitely needs certain buffs to her kit.

Literally been using that perk and serrated and feral for ages, so good. If you have time to poison all health pots it slows down game a lot. But rush definitely counters this

This has been my strategy with Sissy for a while now! Even if there is a rush crew, if you target those key health locations, it can really slow victims down. It depends on your other family members and whether or not they actually hold their own

My go-to Sissy build is Efficient Herbalist, Scout, Fired Up. I put all my skill points into Savagery. I increase poison duration to 12 seconds, reduce refill time by 2 seconds or whatever the tier 2 of that is, then give poison clouds damage. I only use clouds if a Victim is in the recover animation and can't be hit (e.g. door slammed), or they're vaulting an obstacle. I tried poisoning objectives, or bone piles and toolboxes, but it never seemed useful so I decided to keep the poison cloud damage as a counter to people who want to just camp one obstacle. Choosing 12 seconds instead of 13.5 seconds for poison duration allows more potential poisons per cloud, and overall should do more damage in situations where Victims camp. Losing 1.5 damage (assuming it doesn't round up or down) if cases where Victims don't camp the obstacle is worth it. Plus, since they fixed the reduced refill time animation, the faster refill is nice.

I've actually used this type of build on Sissy before, and like you said, it's definitely way more effective when victims are taking the game slowly. But I did see that on some games that I got, that it was effective against rushers that were extremely reckless with what they did, chugging all of the poisoned health bottles without thinking about it. I also noticed that poisoning health bottles in maps where the outside area is extremely bright, like Nancy's house, tend to be grabbed way more often than you think, since victims don't see the green smoke coming out of the health bottle. Great video showing this Sissy build!

Yeah totally agree ! same can be said about hitchhikers traps sometimes there's a little white spotlight effect on the floor that can hide traps but it's a unique build that will make you win the late game when there's only a ana/leland left and keep using the well

Efficient herbalist is a really good perk. I tried using it with both posion pick up locations and poison electronics but it’s pretty underwhelming sadly. Would be nice if the survivor’s aura gets revealed when interacting with objects except health since that will be too much.

the only way to counter this as victim is with extra drip and being healed by a teammate or healing another teammate. so a leland heals a connie with extra drip and it activates on her. but if connie were to use the potion on herself it would not work. but since many victims dont know this or even heal each other people are left with no healing sources. this build is amazing on gas station because its the map with the least amount of health pots.

also the sister character is bugged and the family cant see the highlight from poisoned victims. this bug has been in the game since december 13. the same update that made it so we cant poison thru gaps

I can't actually believe that Leland in the first match pulled that stunt. Like, he grapples. Then immediately wasted all the time that buys you by turning right around and digging around for another shard. It got him killed when all he had to do was run away.
