Completely agree middi! I only put on grandad perks if its escapes hell, suffocating grip or exterior alarms . Everything else gets in the way of these perks in the grandad slot 😂

I wonder if a good way to help alleviate that pressure to either bring a top tier grandpa perk or nothing at all would be to make it so that the family members could vote on an order for the grandpa perks.

Another idea I had was that the Grandpa perks would stack in inverse order... so if only one Family member had a distinct Grandpa perk it would go into Slot 3 and only be activated at Grandpa Level 3, two distinct Grandpa perks would activate at Level 2 and 3. That way it's always mathematically sensible to take three distinct Grandpa perks.

@@aydenvz Her ability still is mediocre, they really need to fix her poison radius (hard to hit crawl and gap spaces), lower the time it takes for the animation, either increase the damage from poison or increase the charges of poison gathered from 1 herb (2 per herb). And god her level 3's are terrible, a whole rework to her ability tree...

If you want to know the duration of each execution time, you can check the TCSM Damage spreadsheet (there's an "Execution Times" page) but I prefer not to sweat that hard. For example, Leatherface's default execution (Gutted Like a Deer) lasts 7.3 seconds, but I always used Face Grinder; even though it lasts 15.4 seconds, it's so much more brutal and satisfying to use. I use the one from Pack III now for the same reason, even though (I think) it's even longer (not sure what name it is but I assume it's Slasher which is 15.8 seconds). Sissy's executions are all much longer than everyone else anyway because she likes to make a show out of it. For reference, Sissy's fastest is 12.6 seconds whilst the others' fastest options are between 9-10.5 (besides Leatherface's that I mentioned earlier) not including their close encounter executions which are all (except Johnny) even faster whilst Sissy's close encounter is even slower than her fastest execution.

I think it's great that they gave Sissy and Jonnhy more chase potential while nerfing the chase of the Hitchhiker. Hitchhiker was way too broken before. Now there's at least a better reason to play Sissy and Jonnhy and I think that's great.

I use feral, serrated, and wire frame. With 40 savagery and 28 endurance. It’s really op. (You can get suffocating grip with this as well)

This is literally what I’ve been running on her since I just got back on when hands and Maria dropped. I seen wire frame up top and was like hey look they added this because I know damn well I didn’t remember it before. I’ve been doing wire frame, scout and fired up. I love the right side of her skill tree. You’ve got exterior alarms, scout, fired up. So many good perks and the best grandpa perk is over there to make it even better. She also has universal over there as well as efficient herbalist so sometimes I like to switch up and go for a support type build. Efficient herbalist is also good to use instead of one of the perks shown here. I’d say probably replace fired up because scout is definitely needed and wireframe is really good. Guess it depends if your a basement chaser wire frame is needed but if you never hit basement then you could switch it out for fired up instead. Good to have higher chance of not using poison and just be able to run around and poison health when down there.

I kind of feel bad for the Maria in the first game. All of her teammates died super fast and yet she still managed to get out and do gen on fam house which is very hard to sneak out most of the time. Hands rip stall perk can be quite unfair sometimes.

I feel like for the left route of her skill tree they should just get rid of slippery and add scout for her instead. The victim perk you can’t even put on her anyway. Or bigger hot take I feel like scout should be a universal perk they get no matter the route somebody choose for sissy and hitch. Similar to hand’s unique perk “barrier breaker”.

If you're going to use Fired Up instead of Unrelenting, which I think you should but it's up to you, then you should go left at the last fork in the tree instead of right to get one extra attribute point and gain access to Nobody Escapes Hell if you like using that - however, I think Sissy is better at exciting grandpa if you catch my drift. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) It also lets you have a second loadout with Efficient Herbalist in case you want to have a chill game poisoning every health item on the map while Hands stalls the game out and everyone eventually bleeds to death.

If you've been watching Middi or other TCM videos, you'll see that in a lot of the closer games the Family doesn't really have time to feed Grandpa. He's often stuck at level 0 or 1, particularly if the Victims are stabbing him. And since the order of the Grandpa perks is apparently random, you could very well be preventing a better perk from seeing action.
