If they used wires too small inside the battery, wouldn't that cause the voltage to sag as we've seen in the video?

That's very odd regarding the voltage being so low. I have bought 7 small LiFeP04 batteries over the year from different manufacturers and the voltage range is consistent and normal across all of them. Chemistry is chemistry so it shouldn't be different. It would be interesting to see what cells they use.

The cells are either damaged or the battery is unbalanced (one high cell shuts off charging, and the overall voltage sum is low) perhaps because the cells are badly mismatched.

I even wonder if it does have Lifepo4 cells inside. I almost want to say that it would not surprise me if it has pouch cells instead.

This is subpar just like the power stations they once made. False advertising on the LTP and no over current protection. This battery is dangerous
