Oooooooh I was nervous for the guys to turn around and see her! Its more nerve-wracking. Almost more confrontational to not just see the person walking in right away! 😅 Sceez, there are some women who see men in the military and automatically think they probably have mental issues/PTSD and they just don't want to deal with that. They also may not want to be with them because of all the time spent apart if they get deployed. Demure means modest/reserved. Did he say "He's a lush"? I think that's what I heard. It means he's a heavy drinker. I agree with you on women saying they're not going to do wifey things if they aren't a wife. I never understood that concept! Its just in my nature to go out of my way for people I love, especially the man I love. Wife or not. I'm glad my parents taught me to cook! Its actually one of the things I look forward to. Cooking for my husband and kids. When I see people enjoying what I made for them, it warms my heart! One of the best feelings. 🥰🥰🥰 And I will definitely learn to make the foods my man loves. I have always pictured learning from his mom all the foods she cooked that he loved growing up. Losing my dad has just made me feel that even more. I miss my dad's cooking, but I'm glad to know how to make all the things he cooked. I am able to keep the memory alive. It may not be him that cooked it, but every time I make the food and eat it, I think of my dad and smile. They are comfort foods for me now. And I want to be able to provide that for my husband. ❤️ When you're serious about a future with someone, it'll have you wanting to do all the things to make his life easier and vice-versa. That includes cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. I love taking care of people! Its what I'm meant to do above all else! I've felt that for a long time. The first guy, I like the way he was dressed, but I don't like the blonde in his hair and his beard. The blonde stripe in the beard is throwing me off! Money isn't everything. I GET wanting to get to a point where you don't have to worry about money and paying bills (wouldn't we all like that?), but there's more to life than just chasing money and having MATERIAL things. I would not be able to think of a song off the top of my head like that! 😅🤣 I would not have chosen the smooth guy. I've fallen for the smooth guy before and they know just what to say, and when to say it. I'm good on all that! 😜
