I was in Germany as a Lt with the British Military Police. In Kellinghausen, they sang a song where every one stood up and had to sit then stand . Part of lyrics were immer weider auf und nieder. I have found it on youtube . . but the tune is different and words not like I remember. Was what I heard in Kellinghausen a local corruption of the song? After immer wieder auf and nieder, it went dad da da da da (words not remembered) Bis morgan fruh. Danke
