Okuma Baitfeeder Spinning Reels Size Comparison

Comparison of the various Okuma Baitfeeder Spinning Reels from the 4000 series to the 6000 series. Reels compared - Avenger ABF-40b, Avenger ABF-4000, Ceymar Tactical ODTF-5000A, Ceymar CBF-55, Avenger ABF-55b, Avenger ABF-6000 and the Avenger ABF-65b.

For stripers, would you recommend the Abf-6000 or the Abf-65b?

Either would be fine but for the big ones I'd use the ABF-65b. The 65b is a powerful reel

So what size would you recommend for smaller muskys the 28-40 inch range I use 12 lb test should I get the 4000 or 45b or should I get the 55b

I think you'd be happier overall with the ABF-55b and a little more versatile. The 4000 might be a little too small for muskies in that range. The ABF-40b is a tad bigger, holding 205yds versus 190yds/12lb. The 55b holds 365 yards of 12lb.
