I booked an Ola S1 Air after using my Ola S1 for 6-7 months, and I believe Ola is a very good scooter that will beat Activa in 2-3 years because I saved so much money by shifting to EV. I suggest everyone go for Ola.

Inki s1pro old hi sahi hai. New wali me to old se jada problem aa rahe hai. Meri s1pro old ab tak 15500kms bhagi hai jada kuch problem nahi di hai.

I purchased Ola S1 Air just 1 month ago. When the battery was 53% it didnt get started and display was not coming. I was out of station for some time. When i came back and tried charging. It didnt charge. I made complain. But service centre se call aya ki deep discharge hua hai warranty nai milegi. But fault 53% pe hi ayi thi. They are not replacing battery under warranty.

I have purchased the OLA scooter in month of May 2023 and by mid October scooter started malfunctioning. And when diagnosed, battery is faulty and needs replacement. It has been 21 days since the scooter is in Service for replacement of battery, Still no concrete answers from OLA SALES & SERVICE team. There are many more customers like me for some or other issued with the scooter and absolutely no customer service. OLA is only focussed on sales and probably they are getting the feedback from customers on ground and may be doing the R&D in their factory. Very pathetic situation in BHILAI. I would strongly request you all to look for other options. Please post and repost this, so that this reached to the deaf ears of OLA Management.
