MashaAllah, what is she explaining is the correct method, you will not gain weight but rather you will lose it inshaAllah. This is the same method what I have done with medical weight loss here in USA couple years ago paying almost thousands of dollars.

1. Dont skip any Meal. 2. Eat homemade food only. 3. Breakfast should be full of protein, carbs and fats. 4. Eat slowly and patiently (in half hour) 5. Do not cut any food group i.e fat, carb and protein. 6. Do not eat fruit or drink milk after meals. 7. Do not eat fruits instead of lunch or dinner. 8. Do not eat yougurt or milk with any meal. 9. Walk before meal, Ideally in the morning. 10. Always walk after 3 to 4 hours after any meal. 11. Drink 8 glass of water. 12. Eat atleast 3 to 4 hours before sleeping. 13. Use cinnamon or Zeera water. 14. Do not drink water with meal 15. Drink water before and after half hour of meal.

Don't eat food from bazaar even from specific brands etc. Nashta badshaoon ki trha kkrain Carbs, protein and fats; all should be there Sirf nuts khana enough nai ha Bread enough nai ha Haan milk, egg ubla howa, badaam le lain (if you are in hurry for office) Give at least half hour to meal (recommended) Salaad is must Don't skip roti chaawal in any dinner Milk and yogurt (dahi) is must 2-4 cups Fruit 2-4 Protein (use regularly) Kahana ubaaal ubaal ke mat lain Khana ttasty hona chahiye Good oils main bnain Olive oil use krain Canolive oil use kro Don't use milk and fruit with meal or after meal Fruit is not fat, but fruit is stored in the form of fat Fruit contains fructose(sugar form), that is stored in the form of fat Don't replace meal with fruit. Fruit thora thora kr ke khain. وزن کم کرنے کے 11 اصول 1۔ کوئی بھی کھانا نہ چھوڑیں۔ (خاص طور پر ناشتہ) 2. صرف گھر کا کھانا استعمال کریں۔ 3. ناشتے میں صرف دودھ یا اسکے ساتھ انڈا اور بادام استعمال کریں۔ 4. کھانا چبا چبا کر آہستہ آہستہ کھائیں۔ (40منٹ کھانے کا دورانیہ) 5. کھانے کی کوئی بھی چیز کم نہیں کرنی۔ (روٹی چاول سلاد دالیں گوشت سب کھائیں) 6. دودھ یا فروٹ کھانے کے ساتھ یا بعد میں استعمال نہیں کرنے نیز فروٹ کو صرف کھانے کے طور پر استعمال نہیں کرنا۔ 7. واک صرف خالی پیٹ ہی کرنا فائدے مند ہے۔ نوٹ: 1: کھانے کے فوراً بعد واک کرنے سے پیٹ بڑھ جائے گا اور پیٹ کی شکل بگڑ جائے گی۔ 2: واک کھانے کے 3 سے 4 گھنٹے بعد کریں۔ 3: واک کا آئڈیل وقت صبح نھار منہ ہے۔ 4: واک کرکے 30 منٹ بعد ناشتہ کریں۔ 8۔دن بھر میں پانی کا استعمال 8 گلاس رکھیں۔ 9۔ لیموں پانی یا زیرہ پانی کا استعمال لازمی کریں۔ 10۔ کھانا کھانے کے بعد 3 گھنٹوں تک نہیں سونا چاہیے۔ 11۔ کھانا کھانے کے ساتھ ساتھ پانی کا استعمال نہیں کرنا۔ کھانا کھانے سے ایک گھنٹے پہلے یا بعد تک پانی استعمال نہ کریں۔ (اس کا کم از کم دورانیہ 30 منٹ ہے)

Yes these doctors saying absolutely right because through fasting you can loss weight in reality.....I am Muslim and in this year 2020 during ramadan I loss my weight during fast ..... And the concept of intermittent fasting is working as same on your body as our Ramadan fast ....the actual fact is that when you are on your fast but your body needs foods when you not give food to your body ....your body use fat from your own body as a source of energy......in this way intermittent fasting work in your weight loss

1. don't skip any meal 2. just homemade food to be use 3.heavy breakfast with all macros 4.atlast take half hour to complete one meal 5.fulfil all the macros requirement. 6.fruit or milk not to be used with any meal 7.walk on empty stomach don't walk immediately after any meal wait at least 3 hours 8.eight glass water 9.don't sleep immediately after any meal 10.use cinnamon
