1. Dont skip any Meal. 2. Eat homemade food only. 3. Breakfast should be full of protein, carbs and fats. 4. Eat slowly and patiently (in half hour) 5. Do not cut any food group i.e fat, carb and protein. 6. Do not eat fruit or drink milk after meals. 7. Do not eat fruits instead of lunch or dinner. 8. Do not eat yougurt or milk with any meal. 9. Walk before meal, Ideally in the morning. 10. Always walk after 3 to 4 hours after any meal. 11. Drink 8 glass of water. 12. Eat atleast 3 to 4 hours before sleeping. 13. Use cinnamon or Zeera water. 14. Do not drink water with meal 15. Drink water before and after half hour of meal.

Yes these doctors saying absolutely right because through fasting you can loss weight in reality.....I am Muslim and in this year 2020 during ramadan I loss my weight during fast ..... And the concept of intermittent fasting is working as same on your body as our Ramadan fast ....the actual fact is that when you are on your fast but your body needs foods when you not give food to your body ....your body use fat from your own body as a source of energy......in this way intermittent fasting work in your weight loss
