First 2 days zra uncomfortable hote hain uske bd dard wegara toh nahi itna bs raat ko sone ki tension hoti hai seedha late kr rehna parhta hai aur neck upper hi rakhni Parh to hai warna bleeding hoti hai ! Sofa wegaira pr soya jaa sakta agy koi table rakh kr ya unchi tek wala bed ho toh zra easy hota hai. Sath sath medicine khaein, straw use nahi krna glass se hi pani peena hai aur koi zyada activity nahi krni 1 week stitches khulne tak. Behtar hoga pehly 4 din thandi cheezein khaein ( Ice cream , custard ,Smoothy, Juices , milkshakes etc ) Lekin straw nahi istemal krna warna dry socket ho sakti hai aur phir dard bht hota hai us se. Baki Internet pr post surgery kya kya ehteyaat krni chahiye wo dekh lein.

السلام علیکم ڈاکٹر صاحب مجھے بات پوچھنی تھی اپ سے کہ میں نے کافی ڈاکٹرز کو دکھایا لیکن انہوں نے جواب دے دیا کہ ہمارے بس کی بات نہیں ہم یہ عقل دار نہیں نکال سکتے بائیں طرف کی تھی نیچے والی دار جس میں بہت زیادہ بس تھی اور پین تھا کان تک جاتا تھا میں نے وہ دار نکلوا دی لیکن ایک ہفتہ ہو گیا اس کی تکلیف ختم نہیں ہو رہی 😢10 ڈیز کی اینٹی بائوٹکس بھی لی ہیں اکثر رات کو پین کی وجہ سے فیور بھی ہو جاتا ہے😢
