Omg I instantly got the nostalgic smell from the old one at my grandmas house. Sitting infront of it on super hot days just taking in the smell and the sights outside. I miss that. I can't believe it's been almost 6 or 7 years now...

Exact same memory! Momma wouldn’t let me play outside. The Texas summer heat was too much I guess. So I’d get in my dads recliner and that heavy a/c was right next to it. That old a/c vibrated the wall and just lulled me me to sleep.

This is awesome! My parents had a huge whirlpool a/c unit installed upstairs in our house. My friend Mark and I would work all summer on my parents farm 🚜 and we would come in at dark, take our showers, and Mark and I would lay in front of the a/c in our sleeping bags just enjoying that frigid air , laying there talking and laughing so hard our stomachs would hurt. What an absolute wonderful time in my life. What I would give to be able to go back and lay in my sleeping bag under that a/c again. Thanks for bring back such a great memory!

It’s summer, 2010. The day is finally ending as the sunset casts an orange glow over the sky. I’d be sitting in my room typing away at my desktop, or kicking it back in my chair with my feet up as I played some Xbox 360. All the while, I’d hear the hum of my old Air Conditioner in the background just like this one. Good times.

The window AC unit is in the living room however I have one of those floor fan blowing the cool air on my coupled with this sound really knocks it out of the park. It's almost as if I'm sitting right in front of the AC.

Omg!!! Had been using regular loud fans but just discovered this. Reminds me of a 25000 btw air we had mounted low in our kitchen growing up. All of us kids would camp out on the floor underneath it. Best sleep ever then and now!!!
