Old Ambulance responding - Siren and loads of horns!

This is a old Mercedes Benz Sprinter Ambulance seen here responding in the City of Canterbury, as you can see and hear there is some pretty awesome siren work by the driver as he comes down the hill and then reaches the Roundabout. I love the old rotating lights! Enjoy!

Nice change to see & hear Federal Signal's European Division (based in Spain) lights and sirens before everything seemed to go Woodway/Whelen!

Fantastic vehicles, miss driving them. After the classic horn/two tone siren the change to the 'wail' was nicknamed the 'bombdrop' (00:48) as it sounded similar! You had to change the siren at a particular moment during the horn/two tone the get the 'bomb drop' sound. The sirens these days are much more effective and louder but nowhere near as great as the ones these vehicles held.

I think it's an older AS320 siren.. Because the 3 tones and the scream when the siren turns back to wail from Hi/Lo
