@itsRabbitSeasonYoАй бұрын
he investigated the penguin and found his true motives. he found out how the chemicals turned people into joker smiles as they die. it was there but more in the background of the movie. burton approaced batman as a man in the shadows. so we dont see everything. would have been interesting if burton had a third film. sadly we got the schumacher movies that were all camp and had batman making jokes about the bat card and having bat nipples and ass crack shots as well as crotch shots. so wb created a whole new batman universe with scuhmacher with the samedark suit and same alfred. alternate universe BORN (for better or worse)... Batman Begins totally abandons this idea which makes it its own thing. Batfleck brought it back in an attempt that SHOULD have worked... too many cooks in the kitchen, budget, and execs that know nothing of letting a director tell their story. so The flash is literally the swan song to the dceu.. the flash ends up in a DEAD universe.. the schumacher/clooney one! And now we will have two different batmans with pattinson building on the batman in its own stand alone(at least for now) universe. and Gunn making a different batman WITH robin in the new dcu. i suspect it will all collide for DC's Epic moment. will it work? i hope but so far i dont like the set photos of the new superman...but its Gunn so i will wait and see and not totally judge it yet.

Four years after Bruce Banner (Avengers Endgame) explains time travel, we get Bruce Wayne (The Flash) also explaining time travel.

At 3:12, they missed a joke here. Barry should have asked, "Oh, you must be Alfred."

Would have been cool to see Keaton's Batman meet Ben's Batman but still cool to see 2 well technically 3 Batmans in one movie. We dont talk about Clooney's Bat nipples version though...lol 😅
@sandal_thong86317 ай бұрын
Michael's Batman was a loner, so less able to lead. Ben's Batman was the leader of the Justice League, but not very friendly to Barry (or others). George's Batman was the mentor of Robin and Batgirl, so was both a leader and a friend to Barry.
@MKF307 ай бұрын
@Scandal_thong8631 Keaton could easily lead and even Barry saw that but he was retired and older by that point to be fair compared to Ben's Batman still in his middle age prime. Ben's Batman was friendlier to Barry as time went on and we also saw this more in the comics when he helps train Barry, he's just Batman which is one thing he shares in every version of the multiverse. Keaton's Batman wasn't exactly super friendly to Barry at first when he asked for help....Barry literally had to remind him of why he does what he does. Clooney's Batman was more of a mentor i his universe having Robin and Batgirl, a bit different than the other Batman's who didn't have any or just Robin in Affleck's case but as far as Batman George's was the worst, he didn't even attempt to mask his voice as Batman.

I'll give them this, they handled the time travel explanation better than the MCU did.

My favorite scene is when Batman tries to sell a McDonalds franchise to both Barries.

I'm not sure why people don't know this but that's not Bruce, it's his dad. That's why there's a scene of him looking at the picture of the three of them.

I find it weird that DC decided to go a completely different route with time travel. Branching makes more sense.

Without Zack Snyder and a seriousness to this, they just went off the deep end. Next to Nolan, he was the best thing to happen to DC. He really cared about the stories and wanted to take them seriously, as opposed to treating DC heroes like mascots. Sad to watch this decline and Gunn was brought in to do more of the same.

This movie had a lot of bad CGI and goofy moments but overall a really enjoyable film and the return of Keaton’s Batman carried this movie 100% It was so awesome seeing an old Batman still being able to kick some ass (against a speedster no less) after a long life of crimefighting
