Frame-rates are extremely important for some people, particularly because it makes the controls smoother. I don't think it's completely unreasonable to want 60 FPS in a platformer, which is arguably the most important genre for high frame-rates, besides shooters, perhaps.

12:10 I always thought the treetop bonus stages in crash 1 were just crash dreaming or hallucinating, which explains the mushrooms. It also makes more sense than someone putting tawna's face inside boxes and if you collect them three times they teleport you to random treetops where Tawna is hiding. How does she even get there?
