In the Indian system of medicine, Ayurveda, castor oil has been used for centuries, to treat various ailments, including for babies. Sadly, western countries sounded the alarm about using this oil, and so most people stopped using this wonderful oil. Now, so typical of western countries, they have found medicinal qualities, and urge people to use it! It's the same with neem, moringa, turmeric, ginger, flax seed etc, discovered by other civilizations, but now propagated by western countries! My mother used to make castor oil at home, and we children were fed, rubbed, with this oil. We survived, now into our seventies!

It's now come out that NICOTINE IS NOT ADDICTIVE. See Bryan Ardis Show: The Other 'N' Word. Ardis cites a Harvard 2015 report and other scientists. Nicotine is present in many foods: eggplant (all the Nightshades) celery & more. What IS addictive is pyrazines, one of the 599 authorized by the FDA chemicals in commercial cigarettes. I smoke ONLY organic tobacco that I roll myself. If you listen to the whole Show, you will learn a valuable surprise that I'd better not mention here. The Health Benefits of Tobacco, William Campbell Douglass II, MD. Provides evidence that "side stream smoke" was a fraudulent study.

The small list of warnings this remedy pale in comparison to the long list of possible dire side affects for Pharmaceutical chemical medicines. Sadly these remedies are seldom promoted by any one, as there is no big profits for companies so these remedies are for the most part kept away from the general public's knowledge. If brought to the attention of your doctor will in most cases , most likely be ignored and or shunned and discredited.

Never ever take castor oil for appendicitis.
@ellbow7287Ай бұрын
A lot of folk died from appendicitis , childbirth and other common ailments back early in the last century. No antibiotics, no anethesia, doctors didn't even wash hands between patients. Hygiene was not to the standard we are used to today. If the shock of the operation didn't kill her the septicaemia probaly would have.
@vivianhinckley4801Ай бұрын
Definitely no castor oil for appendicitis.....it pulls boils under the arm, and they will burst....that's a good thing...externally.... But appendicitis is internal, so the infection spread.
