Old electric heater renovation resistance fixing / repairing.
Turkey was produced in this case the resistance of the old broken electric stove. There was rust and dents in the frame. It has been repainted, cleaned and its resistances have been put into operation.

That is a cool old appliance and very nice restoration! I was really wondering how you were going to repair/replace those coils - the plaster + screw approach seems like a great idea! I'm not sure I'd leave this running for hours unattended, but I think it's cool to have appliances like this in a room - they just look really cool!

Ellerine sağlık abi keyifle izlettin yine. Şu vida ve plasterle yaptığın trick çok iyiydi vaay çok akıllıca dedim izlerken :) Yalnız bir yabancı arkadaş da söylemiş, teller çok ısınmıyor sanırım kırmızıya dönmedi. Onun da dediği gibi bunun olayı o telleri kırmızı görüntüsü. O da demiş voltajdan kaynaklı sanırım, pek anlamam elektrikten ama merak ettim ben de.

The nichrome wire had to be replaced. Wire breaks connected by twisting will burn out very quickly. Nichrome wire must be solid from nut to nut.

May I ask why you used blue (what is the neutral colour) from the terminal block to the switch and then used brown (what is the live colour) as the neutral from the heater. It would have made more sense and been safer if the brown and white wires from the heater were the lives and the blue was the neutral return, and then also use brown from the terminal block to the switch. I know it was "wrong" in the first place if you can call it that, but why pass on the opportunity to comply with modern wire colours?

I used plaster to stick it on. Then I made the plaster a little more watery and used it like paint. It doesn't work on toilet ceramics, unfortunately.

Interesting that you used plaster to join the ceramic rods, 🤨 - weird having 1/2 bar heat - I would have replaced that 2 gang switch with a 3 gang to have individual switched output to each element - 1/2/3 bar, unfortunate that the nichrome wire didn’t glow red/orange - an iconic appearance of these radiant bar heaters when powered - I assume his mains voltage wasn’t high enough/the resistance of the nichrome wire wasn’t high enough for the elements to glow ☹️ - he wouldn’t have needed to do that match test and I think these have a higher heat output with the elements glowing and with the orange glow reflected off the reflector

And replacement, with a facsimile, of the original instructions label to the right of the on/off switch would have been the "icing on the cake". Very nice job done overall.
