Loved watching Rab get out of the saddle on the straights where it doesn't matter because... it absolutely does. Great work all.

Love this series so far. was literally cheering for Rab to beat the KOM. sidenote: the production does a great job of being sponsor friendly without it being overbearing or distracting. congrats to the team

Jedi fitness levels dude. Right across the valley invested in the the sport and it’s such a great place to ride with so much to offer all levels of riding. I think Glasgow needs to really take note of that process they guys down there taken as most of the stuff here has not been kept or maintained since the games so much potential and zero effort being put in buy the powers that be. Great video 🤜🏻🤛🏻🔥🏴

What front and back Chain ring do you race in - and train in ?
@rabwardell7582 жыл бұрын
It depends. On this ride I had a 36t chainring and a 10-52 cassette. At mtb marathon I geared down to a 34t chainring, and I imagine there could be times I’d like a 38, on flatter routes. I have a couple of bike checks on my channel and website if you’re interested in a little more detail.

Old enough to know better? You're 36. I'm 63 and did the Glentress black in October. Will you do it too when you're 63!
@rabwardell7583 жыл бұрын
I'll let you know in 27 years time! To explain the title a little, people used to tell me I should grow up when I was 21, that was too old to be playing on bikes. It got to me, but eventually, I stopped listening to them and I kept riding, setting goals, and chasing dreams. I love your style! Keep on riding!

I took up downhill riding at 50... (not that I'm any good as my mediocre videos attest).
