Never to auld. 40 years of age and suffer from verious mental health conditions mountain biking gives me an avenue to express myself and keeps me mental well. Peddle through pain 🤟🏻🏴❤️🔥

52 yr old shaved leg roadie.... always sucked at mountain biking but always in awe of what people can do on an MTB. Old bones heal slowly so I leave that to the kids thanks 😉😆

Bloody brilliant Rab , loved this, your journey the people and the places you rode as a younger lad all very familiar! A great watch for so many cyclists at every level. Do what makes you happy and do it well. Roll on episode 2. ( I remember watching Brandon as a youth MTBer scaring everyone with his abilities at local Fife races ! )
