Certainly looks really good and tasty. But I'm surprised that you didn't just take all of that from the pot and pour it through a stranger into another pot. And I'm beginning to think I must be the only one that rinses rice really well to get rid of all that excess starch before cooking. I would think the rice would come out sticky and gooey because I'm not rinsing it. Is par boiled less starchy? I don't know because I don't use it.

I like it because I se it cooks faster and does not get sticky. Most of the rice we buy in bags at our stores really does not need to be washed
