I'm wondering why she would post a video for a recipe but not at least include some measurements. Eyeballing banana pudding? No thought went into presentation.The end result just comes off as sloppy and unappealing. No harm intended. Just being honest. This would have come off better with more planning.

It’s actually harder for me to measure when it comes to things like my banana pudding. I feel the texture, see my colors, and taste my flavors. I hate having to measure out for a recipe for others. I just cook and bake by touch, sight, taste. ​@@AEvans36977

You mix flour and sugar together and add a little milk., to keep from clumping.

I make mines in a double boiler like my gm showed me. Banana pudding is my favorite dessert and actually the first one I learned to make.

Similar here it wasn’t the first but one I learned I knew I could have it whenever I liked! I never used double boiler but I do make mine with evaporated milk, egg yolk , sugar and vanilla extract ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

you could add this mixture to the cookies and bananas cold and bake. you will get the sauce, without the time lost.
