Even though I've been flight simming for roughly 3 years now, I still learn new things in videos like these. Keep up the good work!

Thanks, I'm learning a lot about the simple things too. Back to basics is sometimes really helpful

Thank You. These videos are well done and very informative. I have been simming for several years but each of your videos presents one or more "I did not know that" moment.

Having trim problems with your flight yoke in X-Plane? >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> SOLVED
@moogabib16 жыл бұрын
Hi, thanks, I'm really enjoying your videos and finding them useful. One question: I notice you didn't cover the use of rudder to counter air slip when turning. As I understand, the steeper the turn, the more the black dot moves. However, since using X Plane I noticed that when turning, the black dot hardly moves at all when compared to FSX or P3D and I basically never have to use the rudder. Have you found this as well? I'm not sure how realistic this is as I've never flown a plane but it would be good to know the correct behaviour here. Any insight you could give would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi! Another great video. Very informative and well done. Question - you are very fluid in your simulated head movements and when looking at the plane from the outside. Are you using keyboard keys only and just really good at it or are you using something else? Thanks again.

I use the headswitch on my joystick to look around, and I have some viewpoints setup on the numpad of my keyboard. I also use an add-on called XPrealistic Pro, it adds smooth camera movements when making turns among some more features.

Hello, very nice video. Just wanna ask some questions. How long did it take for you to achieve this flying? I mean i am practicing it now but can not fly steady, e.g. climbing, always pitching up and down(overshoot or undershoot desired altitude), and it’s same as level turning(up and down, or overbanking). Could you tell me some tips or experience how to do it? Thanks.

how do I trim left and right? because when I trim for level flight my plane banks left or right

Love your tutorials, what do you prefer the REP or the Airfoillabs C172 Skyhawk & why?
@digitalaviator50886 жыл бұрын
Rep. The airfoillabs always had just a bit too many bugs and unrealistic performance. Especially with the latest iodate these issues have become more. The rep might look slightly less good, but if flies more like the real one would

Thanks for your very insightful reply. I've been flying the Airfoillabs, I plan on starting real lessons soon, so i'll be making a switch to the Rep as i'll like to fly in the most realistic one to aid me in my future lessons.

Hi again, what do you think of the new AFL 1.4.1 update (that's if you have tried it), REP still wins on realistic flight dynamics?
