Using dry ice makes removing sound deadening much easier. Just break up the dry ice, cover an area, wait a few minutes, it comes right off. Leaves zero adhesive behind.

Which brand epoxy do you use, or do you have a preference? I have a coupe I just finished smoothing the engine bay and deleted the heater box, this build will just be a track car, as I bought it with no title. I’m not painting til spring and I want to protect the body til then.

The blue one? Firewall was wrinkled and even broke the heater box. Frame rail on the pass floor board was bent. Could someone put it back together, sure if you really wanted to... My friend had that thought until we saw how tweaked everything was. Parts and time are way better invested in the white shell which will tell a way better story as opposed to just another salvage rebuild. Also, the roof of the blue car is mint in case someone was to convert a convertible back to a Coupe lol
