@@scoobydadog246 Oh, I understood fully your point. A carnivore person feeding the dog junk. It's just really sad that you have to take what was intended to be funny and attempt to ruin it. What it shows is that you are a control freak who believes that if someone doesn't think exactly like you there is something wrong with them, and you need to correct their problem. Clearly, Mitch thought it was funny. And I bet a lot of other folks did, too. It's so sad that so many folks have to find fault with every little thing they hear or see. And obviously you are one of those. You need to get a life, dear. Many of us watch Mitch for fun and the comedy relief he provides, as well as for his advice.

Don't forget the bone broth for your cold and of course lots of rest. I caught a bug or something and did not realize it until I slept longer than usual and felt off with a small achiness about myself. I did too much yesterday and felt it but was amazed after taking a two-hour rest got up and felt much better. Carnivore does so much if you pay attention.

Can I ask you Mitch, what part of Florida do you live? What do you eat salmon with? Do you eat anything beside meat, fish, eggs?

I do eat chicken and pork. Sometimes I eat salmon with eggs, and I'm in Melbourne

I think you have very good hours choice to eat. It is good for people to lose weight. How should eat a person who can not afford to lose any weight?

I think the same way. I don't think it matters when you eat when it comes to weight loss, I think your body will find its proper weight if you are healthy. Just make sure you eat enough food

Hey Mitch , ya know I love ya, but the dog food story wasn't funny . No one should feed their dog Purina kibble - it is toxic processed crap. Like eating only corn flakes or fruit loops for your only food source - even worse. I know you are not a dog person but if you knew the ingredients, and how it is the furthest thing from a proper diet for a dog; I like to think that you would be appalled also. The lady in the line had valid concerns - the man would be poisoned as are all the dogs forced to eat that processed grain and seed oil concoction. They now have all the same diseases we do. It is expensive to feed a large dog; however; not really much more feeding real food than processed dog food. Especially if he is shopping at Costco, you can buy bulk quantities of meat. Even poultry is not as good - but chicken is better than dog food. Some people don't know better - however; if this person is a viewer of yours, i.e a carnivore,. he knows better... he knows he is harming is dog by feeding him Purina dog food and doing it anyway, and then to joke about it - is not only not funny, but rather disturbing. Poor dog.
