Spencer Tracey was the only actor besides Tom hanks to win 2 Oscars back to back. Don't believe he is very tall but very talented. And had a very long career. 😊. Tom hanks won 2 Oscars back to back for Forrest Gump and Philadelphia. 😊. Great talented amazing actor. 😊😊😊😊

Not on the list but an accomplished actor, Chuck Connors was 6'5" tall and towered over his co-stars on The Rifleman. He was an athlete before he joined Hollywood. Connors played in the NBA ( Celtics) and MLB ( Dodgers and Cubs)

5’-8” Absolutely No Way!! I’ve seen a photo of DeNiro standing together with Tom Cruise. Cruise stands at 5’-7 5/8”, Tom towered over DeNiro! 😱🤣🤷🏽‍♂️

I stood next to his life size statue in an airport in Cal. I'm 6 ' 5 ". I wonder why so many lie about their height? Latest on being Arnie. Claims 6 ' 2....more like 5 ' 10". Quite pathetic really.

@@williamfletcher8790 The bronze John Wayne statue at the airport named after him is 9 feet tall. It’s not life-size. If you’re 6’5”, you would be dwarfed by it. MOST of the published heights of celebrities are the best that they could have been when they were at their peak physical shape and at the moment that the measurement was taken while standing as straight as possible. Like everyone else, they shrink as they age and typically mostly slouch. Clint Eastwood was likely 6’4” when he portrayed Dirty Harry during 1971. He’s probably 5’10” at best now at 94 YO and with that horrible humpback slouch. It was well-known that John Wayne wore shoe lifts after the early 1960s. I don’t believe that people are being purposefully deceptive about their height, but state what was the last-known value in lieu of measuring frequently so as to avoid published criticism from others having little else to do but dwell on such minutiae.
