Well, you can't play with a woman''s emotions like that, and still expect them to carry on unaffected. This is the very reason why many black women get the unfair label of "angry black woman", when most have no clue what she's had to go through or put up with, from being with a certain "man". When she has been your backbone, seen you through your worst and still stays there for you, and suddenly, the man cheats on you with someone else, knocks you up and then "isn't ready to be a father", he's "just not ready to settle down", or suddenly becomes wealthy and "headed in a different direction"...what woman wouldn't feel used up, bitter and disrespected? What people don't realize is that MJ and Prince crossed paths quite a bit early on in their careers. Prince also had a crush on LaToya at one point. LaToya wasn't interested at all though. So, that bothered Michael. I think Michael was just an extra sensitive person and lots of things seemed to bother him. Prince had more of a "I don't give a s__t" personality. And that was alarming to Michael. I read that Michael would say Prince was "mean". Also, it is said Michael couldn't understand Prince's popularity because he wasn't as much of a traditional dancer. Michael attributed true talent with singing and traditional dancing ability (kind of like what you think of when you think of The Temptations, Sammy Davis Jr, James Brown)...he thought that type of dancing was talent. Michael couldn't understand what people saw in Prince's music. Also, he said he didn't like the way Prince talked about women in his music. Clearly, Michael was very uncomfortable with anything to do with sexuality in Prince's music. This has been noted many times. Supposedly, Prince on the other hand was less concerned with Michael. I think they both grew to have more of an appreciation for each others' contributions to music when they got older.

Ok...here’s one... when he would come to our property , we had to constantly come up with various alias’s, only once did he ever use his real name prince Rodgers. He used Alexander never mind, coco Chanel, and Groucho Marx. He would always get the presidential suite because the GM of the property really liked him and bent many rules for him and that suite had a baby grand piano in it. He had in several occasions book the room, have his giant tour bus parked in the driveway 🙄that would take up alllllll the space and caused chaos for the bellmen and other guest. After rearranging cabs and so forth he would then REFUSE auto leave the bus!!!! Chick would have to walk into lobby and give his meal request..( regardless of the time! get all messages to his room and etc..... secondly if and when he did decide to come in to his room..... chick CARRIED him !!!!yes he never walked. And they used the service elevator 🤷🏾‍♀️... this hotel always had celebrities and no one ever used the service elevator... last but not least... that presidential suite was ALWAYS a dismantled ... he would have housekeeping actually take the bed and put the mattress on the floor, so the room had to be moved around and furniture taken out 🤷🏾‍♀️. He always like a certain type of rose in his room that the GM would put in his room.. during every visit that room had to be completely filled with these flowers like 50 60 arrangements. He shredded them all over the piano!!!! I have loved Prince for over 30 years and his music has helped me get through some horrible times in my life.Prince had hip replacement surgery and was in severe pain for a very long time , that is why he took pain meds (per Sheila E). When he ordered Mayte's things to be removed and burned , Amir's ashes were ACCIDENTALLY removed also(per Mayte). Prince tried to help Lauryn Hill when she went to jail for tax evasion. He also donated lots of money to several charities, but was very private about it. What I don't understand is why Michael Jackson's doctor was bought up on charges after his death , but not Prince's Doctor's son who allegedly was the one who delivered the drugs. Why isn't anyone talking about Judith Hill and the fact that she was dating Prince before he died and was on the plane when he overdosed. She was also with Michael Jackson a few days before he died and was his backup singer for his last tour. She was going to sing the duet with him " I just can't stop loving you" and you can see her in the MJ movie "This is It". Why was Prince cremated so fast and then the media said it was because of his religion..Not True! Warner Bros put him through hell and many things people believed were strange it was really him being a Genius. He changed his name to a symbol to get out of his record contract. He started wearing the heels because if his complex about his height, but also to be different. He used sexuality because that got him the attention he needed. If you notice he toned it down once everyone saw how incredible he was and started taking him serious. He taught himself how to play every instrument. He was a very powerful man and I believe he was killed

Ashley, you did a good job with this! I've been a Prince fan for a long time. Most of what you said I have read over the years myself. I also read Mayte's book. The only thing I didn't hear in this video was the rumors concerning Prince's mother. I really wish I knew more about his mother. Yet, there are rumors that were in a book I read several years ago talking about Prince had a very complicated relationship with his mother. Supposedly, his mother was a "good time woman" and Prince loved and hated her for it. That was supposedly part of the reason why his mother and father couldn't along. The rumor is that when Prince's father met her she was already like that and he liked that she was a fun lady. But, it caused problems later in the marriage because he thought she was going to settle down and be the traditional wife and mother and she didn't want to. His father thought he could do what he wanted to do (different women, alcohol, lots of late-night gigs, and not really be responsible to his family)...but that his wife would be the traditional type. Basically like Joe Jackson...the difference is Prince's mother was no Katherine. And it didn't work out. Supposedly, that is the beginning of why he had a toxic and messed-up view of women. He loved but also almost hated women because of the power that came from their sexuality. There are supposedly early songs that Prince did discussing this but no one can say for sure if they were really about his mother or not. I don't remember the specific songs mentioned in the book though. Sorry. Basically, it is said that both of Prince's parents were supposedly kind of narcissistic and were more focused on their own needs and couldn't really be the parents Prince needed. I'm not sure what they were like with Tyka. But, Prince craved attention and he didn't get it. His mother wasn't the nurturing type.

However he left this world and I was up on a ladder cleaning ceiling tiles when I got the news of his passing and I knelt down on the top of the ladder and wept. I got so geeked when i saw you did Prince! I was smiling in the first half of the video but the second half i said 'dang it's like that Prince?' And ma'am when you imitated MJ screaming at the ping ping ball hitting him i belted out laughing so loud i had to pause the video😂😂😭. I've followed Prince for 35+ years. We (high school friends) all told our parents we were at each other's house while sleeping outside the arena for great tickets. Scored tickets so close we could see his flawless pores.That concert set the tone for EVERY concert that followed. I've been a fan FOREVER and followed his career, interviews, concerts, etc. Prince said jumping off pianos and speakers caused him to have a lot of pain in his hips and knees. He "didn't want to perform unless he could give his fans the full (Prince) experience". I believe that's why he started using the pain meds. I will say, he is the ONLY man in makeup and high heels that could have got it.😍 I loved his speaking voice and that he was elusive. The talent goes beyond saying...there are no words. 🎶 💜 -+> You were right, most die hard fans knew almost all of this. Nicely packaged though.👍🏾

Sooooooooooo it's been said by someone who was in Prince's or Nona Gaye's camp at the time that originally Nona thought that she and Prince were headed towards Holy Matrimony. This could be because of either how she perceived their relationship to be or what he led her to believe. Either way it goes, this person said Nona Gaye found out that Prince married Mayte by way of the media. She was extremely crushed. So not only was Prince dating Mayte and Carmen Electra at the same time, but he was also dating Nona Gaye as well. It was rumored that he also dated actress Kirstie Alley around that time as well. We might as well call Prince a circus act because that man surely knew how to juggle!
