[OLD] Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga speedrun in

World Record set on July 15, 2022
Yay :) My first big PB since returning to this game. A lot of new improvements to the run helped me get this big time save.
-Buying the #1 Trousers for a new Cackletta battle strategy
-New method of castle skip
-Turbo being allowed for text mashing
Happy with this time for now will be going for other categories next.

Does the Spanish version have any notable time saves over EN (eg. faster text), or was it just personal preference?

I assume personal preference, since I mostly see some people speedrun games in Japanese instead of the English.

It saves time with text and it also doesn't lag while doing luigi barrel hop

Yep,also no one really knows why the pixel vomit,as it’s been dubbed happens,it’s just how the game handles action commands being in the wrong places pretty much
