@@JayIowa I assumed that the owner lived there, as it was registered and would be seen in different parking spots, but always somewhere out the front. Went on for years.

@@a7128 cheers, I’ve just looked at original video I sourced that scene from and yes it’s not Dorcas St S.Melb where I thought it was. Go to ‘Life in Australia: Melbourne’ by NFSA Films KZbin channel and between 4.02 seconds and 4.30 seconds you can see more of that area. What street blocks in Nth Melbourne?
