Great video on repurposing. Even a boat made out of tanks 🤘 The government motto is if ain't broke, fix it till it's broke.
@kingofobsolete47895 ай бұрын
yes that is true plus the gov thinking,,,, no money to do it right the first time but 4 times the money to keep fixing it. thansk

More Kingdom history. Loved every second of it. What about Rustoleum? The storage capacity of those tanks and next to zero (zed?) maintenance costs.Makes me envious. 2 sheds of mine need roofs. Enjoy the game much, Rodney 😎

Good morning from Cape Cod ⛵ with all the rain you guys are having it's a good thing you built yourself a couple of tank boats 😉 I hadn't realized that every damn tank in the yard was actually a shed, that's actually pretty cool, the best definition of recycling 👍 our town has several rollback dumpsters for a different types of recyclable materials, is a 4-ft retaining wall and if you look over it there below you. One for metals, construction debris, household items and one for wood. I got a long pole in the back of the truck with a hook on the end, I dragged all kind of good crap out of there. Got a brand new bumper with a scratch on it for a pickup truck that I knew was Chevrolet but I wasn't sure of the year, so I took it home and throw it in the back of a suburban that I used for storage 😂 picked up a 2005 Chevy Silverado to restore and the back bumper is right at the house considering we're in New England. Lo and behold the brand new bumper that I have was for this truck 👍 my 30X 30 shop is built entirely from recycled materials, except for the concrete and most fasteners. Keep up the good work and the awesome content Joey ✌️🇺🇲

yes a lot of people don't realize how much get thrown away that can be reused, recycled and repurposed. 30x30 is a big building which means that was a lot of wood tossed away. plus most of the flat metal in the Kingdom were once tanks too, cut to be laid out flat. that is where all the materials came from to build the winter freighting skis. thansk

All the info on the tanks was quite interesting! Back in the late 80s when I was hauling scrap, I was getting 3 or 4 of the 265 gallon fuel oil tanks given to me every week, people just wanted them gone. Awhile back, when I wanted one to build a smoker, I couldn't find a free one to save me. Hope your team came back Sir Rodney. 'Til tomorrow...

yes those fuel oil tanks were every where now hardly any one has the fuel oil furnace because way too expensive. thansk

Nice use of the tanks. I think they used tanks in Siberia as cabins and they were quite warm when they fixed them up. As to the rain here we could use a couple weeks of dry weather. They said starting in April it would be warmer and drier than normal. Yeah right, they would loose all their money at the race track on their predictions.
@kingofobsolete47895 ай бұрын
yes in seberia that make good homes and quite a few videos here on KZbin showing them. we have recycled lots of tanks and gotten lots of materials out of them for our projects. thansk
