You don't even need solor...to have free lights...2 ways you can have free lights...use a magnet and copper wire...wrap the copper wire around the base of the light...then place a magnet on both side of the copper facing each other ...light will go in...also you can use a cup with water and salt ...with a magnet in the water...and place the bottom of the bulb in the water and the top sticking out ...only the bottom can get wet...light will turn on...check out if you have KZbin...

Hadiza Bagudu the solar panel with bulb has no water, its just a bottle! the other one has water but no bulb at all it has to be on direct sunlight on daytime and so you can use it on the nighttime..

in some parts of the world - the water is more valuable for drinking than lighting. just saying. not sure how practical this solar thing is in poor nations who can't afford all those parts. UNLESS they're donated free. but then who maintains them? what started in the PH was for humble shanty towns / favellas / ghettos who are dark and the only light would be from ABOVE......to see the PAVED roads in this video seems a scam or a set up pieceof footage which is very disingenuous. stick to the original idea and do well. no need to stretch it and make it impractical.
