The female host came to a screeching halt when Sam relayed the "punch line" to his anecdote: "I can clearly see you're a woman now because you're furious at me & I have no idea why." She won't be sitting up front & center at his show. Don't these people do their homework before having guests? It's SAM MORRILL! He's gonna say something provocative! That's why I LOVE him! Can't wait to see him 18 Aug in Burlington. Bought my ticket the minute they went on sale!!!

Great job Sam!!😂 So true - chasing those first laughs keeps us going. My first open mic-the kid in front of me got defensive with the audience because they weren't laughing at his jokes and he told them-"maybe if you'd listen and shut up-you'll find what Im saying funny. He got booed off the stage (SURPRISE). I was thinking that they're going to hate me after that-proud to say I turned them around and got laughs. Been hooked since!!👍💪

That IS him knowing the audience. He brought up something to make morning Kentucky gun-nuts feel uncomfortable. The host didn’t like the joke about furious women, the audience didn’t like the joke about guns and wigs, yet all of Kentucky probably liked the trans joke. A perfect way to hold a mirror up to them and he did it on purpose 👍 😂
