I grew up listening to these crop dusters where I lived. The sound of those radial engines never gets old.

I worked my summer evening’s flagging for two friends who had two of these Grumman Ag Cats with the amazing Radial Engines. What a rush having them fly just feet overhead. I will save this to a playlist

I was a flagger along time ago as a teen. My brother flew an ag cat and pawnee. I sprayed fields with a Big A. Funnest job i ever had

@@stabssfmgineer1623 Here is the short version. I was flying with the last load to finish a field at about 150 ft. AGL and was hit from behind by a Navy A6-e Intruder. They bailed out and I woke up 5 weeks later in an ICU to find out what happened. I was flying an Ag Cat crop duster with a PW r 1340. There are news videos on KZbin. Search "joesgrain". It happened over his farm.

TRI air services in back of my house them boys have two 802 airtractors one Bell 206b helicopter spray rig and a 1971 AG cat that they seam to just fly on the week ends for an hour are so then put her back to sleep tell the next falling week .🤠
