Awesome video! As soon as I saw this play live I was hoping you'd do a film study of it. I didn't realize it was an old school concept. Thanks again

Ben Johnson definitely has trick plays lined up. I’ve heard lions players say they’ve practice certain plays, like trick plays, that they’ve been practicing for years untill he decides to use it in a game

When I saw this this play live it pinged my memory bank. Really a cool play for today’s NFL. Thanks for breaking it down and adding the setup play from earlier in the game. Top notch stuff Coach.

Thanks for this short video, we appreciate any time you come out with content explaining in detail some aspect of the game. I'm almost positive l've seen someone else in the league run this same play, or some variation of it, recently, but can't remember who.

StBrown is a very intelligent and tough player. He is not the flashiest, fastest, or biggest wide reciever, but he is the best overall.

Ben has all the plays, tricks, or not. And created schemes to come. This team trusts and has faith in each other. So I will. Thank you for your channel and knowledge! Subscribed. ✌️

thanks for the analysis on the failed conversion. I thought the sweep was a bad call in real time, and had pundits back that up. Now I see how horribly executed it was. Sewell's complete whiff, Wright and ARSB trying to block the guy Patrick is actively blocking, and bouncing away from that weirdness way too late as the open defenders run straight through. Patrick looks like the only one who is actually trying on that play. Everyone else is having a keystone cops moment. Maybe Patrick was supposed to disengage quicker? no idea. But you had 4 blockers out there and only one block lol

Thanks coach. Solid anslysis, as I would not have tied the 4th and 2 toss pitch for a loss with the later counter. Frankly at that point in the game when the Lions did not convert that 4th doen they would lose; it was a momemtum switch for the Pack. Yet Coach Dan and his team does not quit. As to St. Brown all said is true. The most unique WR and all around offensive football player I have seen since Sir Walter Peyton, as the late Howard Cosell called him, played the game! My mantra for Amon Ra #CantonizeStBrown Otherwise a request please. You may have already done a film study on WR Tim Patrick yet against the Pack he was a difference maker including his blocking as shown. Comparatively with WR3 Josh Reynolds who left in free agency to Denver this past off-season ...Patrick is a huge upgrade. Plays clean with few or no penalties, tough like a TE to block a DE or LB and what hands and great route runner as our WR3. Had we still had Reynolds I speculate the Lions would have lost this game. Yet with Patrick a big W. Let me know what you think sir. Keep up the great work l. #GoLions

This toss counter play worked well, but the Lions had run the actual toss to abysmal results this season. They’ve been stopped short on numerous third and fourth down attempts utilizing this what I call a ‘baby toss’ play. One successful counter play in no way makes up for all the failures. The toss play needs to be tossed in the rubbish.

@riggedreality4208 күн бұрын
Why do some of those plays look so staged?
@TheAlienAbides8 күн бұрын
Because all these plays are staged on offense. Defense has to react to choreography all game long.
