The man , the myth, the legend. Growing up just outside of Sparta in the 80's, my father and all of his friends had spoke of Bill Little. Since I was 12 he always vowed that Bill would be the only person to ever lay hands on his GTO and build the engine the car deserved. Having never met Bill back then, but listening to him now, he is exactly as described, incredibly knowledgable and kind, not afraid to discuss and share. Thank you Alan for introducing me to Bill, one of the few times in the life where the person lives up to the hype.

Alan, Thanks for the shop tour, Wow Bill has a lot of work and is very knowledgeable I could listen to him all day. You should encourage Bill to start his own channel I think it would do very well.

I really enjoy listening to guys like Bill. His information on the 700r4 and the 200r4 was very informative its good to know there is a guy out there that can build a strong 200r4 transmission.

@goldsgarage8236 awesome video! Bill's knowledge should be shared with everyone. I know a couple of people that eat, breathe, and live this stuff at his level and it just amazes me. If these guys could just download their knowledge into the current generation as a starting point could you imagine the possibilities?
@goldsgarage8236 Жыл бұрын
Good point Robert. One way to download that knowledge is by KZbin. We will be making more videos with Bill. AG

Very good episode, like watching what people are doing with their engines.. Question, on the LS engines what are these guys doing to fix the crappy oiling system weak valve train and what about the cam bearings walking out of the bores in the block.. I have no confidence in LS engines durability.. I am replacing these engines all the time with bearing failures before 100,000 miles.. Seems like 1999 through 2001 are the best of the LS engines for durability see them with over 200,000 miles but not so much after that.

@billlittle4285 Жыл бұрын
I do head work but machine work is done by Atchison machine in London by my specs, been doing that for 35 years,I haven't the time to do it all working by myself, I make a bit and can still get more done while they're doing the block stuff, I do porting and seat and guide work , the stuff that makes hp
