When Chris is on, he has the most beautiful balanced body ever. Nicer than anyone I’ve witnessed thus far. He should’ve won way more shows but he didn’t always come in perfect but if he did boy he would’ve won every major competition hands down. Honestly Chris is the most underrated bodybuilder of all time

When i first saw Jean training with Nasser.. my perception towards him was "ohh he's just another meathead" but hey, i was wrong. Seen some of his interviews & i gotta say, he's very knowledgeable, very engaging speaker & a chill guy all around.

I’ve seen a podcast with jp and was amazed at how smart he is. I always thought he was some big bb that didn’t have of upstairs. Him and Orville Burke have the biggest backs. This bb podcast is by far the best on.

Fux's squat accident was within a power rack. It's too bad nobody thought to set up the safely pins at the proper height. His injuries could have been avoided. I thought Jean Pierre was going to take Dorian. I'm sure he was someone Dorian saw as a serious threat. I'm glad he was doing well.

This show is fucking awesome. Great, great group of guys. I've always known Cris was a Cool guy but I haven't heard him talk too much. Hearing him on this show has really made me admire him. What a great personality. Milos is just an absolute legend and Dennis is a real gentleman. JP is great too. I loved his interview with Dave too. Thanks so much for being honest about the sport. This could really help the young guys out there.

50:40 Iain did acknowledge his FDB and is aware of it. He did state recently that he posed that way for so long as it helped his chest present better in that pose but he now thinks this is no longer needed and I think he will address this next go around.

I'll never forget how much food JP picked up at Safeway in Bellevue when I picked him up to guest post for the emerald cup. I thought he disappeared in the store so I went in there to find him and he had two or three cards full of stuff for the weekend🤯🤯

I was watching a podcast with Jean Pierre, I can’t remember which, but I remember him saying he was glad his legs gave out during that photo shoot because he felt relieved because he knew it was all over! That shit is sad, intense, and so human at the same time! What a stud this dude was, just needed a little guidance

Jean-Pierre was actually correct about Bonac……AFTER he won the Boston pro this past year, in his interview he was talking about getting surgery for his hernia which was causing his midsection problems and also getting his Gyno removed 👍🏻That was obviously several months ago and currently he is back in full swing pretty much.

01:16:46 In Greg's defense he does state that he was shooting a VIAL A DAY of test prop into the arms and shoulders. So I could see 10ml/day long term with all the inflammation that would result POSSIBLY causing his arms. Not saying it's true but based on his head being beet red and looking like he was about to explode from BP issues I could see it being plausible.

The Japanese can’t see it but I can. It also sucks cause I know many Japanese look up to you and want you to train them, as you already do with some top guys. Really hope it works out 🙏
