The reason why i scrapped this is because it messes around the light too much including the outside environment and i cant make it look natural, ill have it on my scrapped folder at the time being if there are other solutions.

Just asking, but have you tried methods to try and make it feel natural? Like the beam of light fading away seamlessly when it's "out of view" like shown in the video?

its not about the making it look natural and a fade away but the particle itself is the issue and what i meant that it affect every light I mean "EVERY" light in the game, this includes random exposure changes and how it effect the particles and time. and you can see color changes as well which I dont like.

add a flashlight that turns on in really dim lighting like this. Make it turn on automatically in low light levels.
