Well it's a chilly day so let's start some old engines. The Studebaker has the original 6 cyl and the International has a 345.

This is one of the coolest videos ever. Please keep making these, and always include what you’re doing with the controls and pedals like in this video. That was so cool to watch! Subscribed.

@@shtboxesnrowcrops485 can’t wait! Please always show us what you do with the gas pedal when starting any of your badass old trucks. Love seeing that! Take us with you whenever you start any of them.

I was wanting to get a video made this past winter on her. I recorded some footage but never got the time to finnish the work. I'm getting ready to put some new parts on her to get her ready for a cool video on a revival for her and the story on this old truck. Thanks for the comment.

My brother had a 1968 international harvester and that truck sounded like a beast with the massive V8 engine and 4 speed manual transmission. Wish he kept it but parts were hard to replace. Exhaust manifold was welded on to the engine block because the threads were stripped

Poor old Stude wanted to sleep! I've heard of blowing the doors off but not the roof! Better find a shed for the old beasts soon or they'll be gone!

Yeah she didn't want to go. I normally don't do to many cold starts but had to take the opportunity to see what they would do. I had a shed at a time...it fell over haha. I'm clearing the area behind them for a shop for the poor things. The Studebaker sat for 34 years and the International sat in the woods for 20 years. Thanks for watching and commenting.

I would love to see you start the Studebaker on a really cold morning with no choke. How long do you think it would crank for before it starts?
@shtboxesnrowcrops4852 жыл бұрын
It would probably take a little while. Especially since she has very little compression. Maybe next year once o get the plugs changed and the carb rebuilt I'll try that. The cold weather has pretty much ended in our area until next winter. I'm curious how long it would take myself.
