If you want to retain it’s monetry value the box should stay in its original form. But I think you already know that. Your sister-in-law is kind. In a previous video I asked where you bought the miniature globe from. I had know idea you made it, it looks so professional. What a perfectionist you are. Great job. Are you selling the map in your Etsy store? I’m looking forward to making it.

OMG ! OMG ! OMG ! I had no idea you MADE that globe ! Your work is INSANELY impecable ! You have officially left my realm of skills, to replicate such a thing. You're clearly a freak. A GOOD freak....but a freak none-the-less. This IS freakishly creative. Your creativity is above and beyond....and while I enjoy watching you do it.... I now know that I'm incapable of following your genius. 😂

I'm in awe of your talent and your brain power! I couldn't get that globe figured out if I had three lifetimes to work on it! LOL! The globe is so elegant and would look perfect in a miniature 'library' room or miniature 'study'. You're a genius!

Love your Typewriter. It would be fun to see you work on it. I think this stay at home quarantine is showing us who we really are as crafters and artists. The fact that we can’t go out and have to work with what we’ve got is a good way to rethink the things we can use for making things.

Isn't it funny how we do actually need the math we learn in school. You just never know when you may need to create a mini globe and need to conjure up those memories of how to use pi. Now I'm hungry for some pie. ;) I love that mini globe. Just so adorable! I would never have the patience to make one, but I love seeing the fun miniatures you've been creating. And yes, some of us still have to work. I work in IT for a credit union. Thankfully I can work from home, but I sometimes wish I could craft the day away instead. It's bittersweet. I want to get back to normal so I can go shopping at the craft stores again.

That globe is so neat! My mother had a typewriter just like that one and I remember using it in high school. Yes I remember life before word processors. I am 56 so, yes, I am of that vintage. My sympathies and empathy for pollen allergies. Tree pollen is my worst nightmare and although I love sun, I bless rain and even snow to clear the air in the spring. Hang in there and stay safe!

Wow, now I have globe envy. This is too cool. I've been looking for an older typewriter as well, though more the manual lightweight that I used to type my notes during nursing school in the 70s. I do hope you will show us the completed project when you do get your typewriter case reupholstered? Yeah, that's not the right word, but you get my drift. I was commenting a few days ago on a FB page of an author that I follow. She had asked a question re: which one of the characters in her series that we would want to be locked down with. I wanted to say the cat in the series, but ended up cursing my sinus meds since it took me 3 edits to spell the cat's name correctly "Raider"...how tough is that? You wouldn't even think you could come up with 3 ways to spell it incorrectly, but with the wonder of sinus medications.... I have been desiring to take some of your classes, but wasn't sure where to begin. I have garnered a lot of info from your wonderful videos and have just now finished my first journal with a true bound spine...standard book type spine. I most definitely took the scenic route getting it done, but am very happy that it turned out well made and very sturdy. However, I know I could improve on the way it is done...better balancing of bound pages vs pockets and ephemera added which easily doubled the size of the book. I was leaning toward starting with the Antiquarian class, but wasn't sure if there is one with more primary info/basics that would be better to start first. Anyone reading this that has gone through this conundrum and has figured something out, please share your thoughts with me. Thanks much

I do understand that you want to show the tutorial in its Best way. But while watching this video, with all of its movement and different screens, it makes me feel anxious and uneasy. Don't get me wrong, your channel is great, and your bookmaking and Creativity are unmatched by many--but I see no need for all of those "screens" within the screen. Probably more "work" for you too.
