I can see why people like the demo version but the scare factor is so cheap to me. Yes, it looks creepy, but its not convincing as a kids show. The new version is definitely something youd see on tv back in the early 2000s. The voice acting is so much better, the story has a lot of depth and passion behind it. Its just such a good time, the improvement is crazy

The old one is creepier with its design, but the new one is creepier with its writing. The backstory of Rebecca adds to it making you question if Amanda is truly evil, and even if we included it with the old version, I wouldn’t believe it was supposed to be a legitimate kids’ cartoon. It just looks like a straightforward horror game, which I know was the point of the older one Im just saying with the new lore it doesn’t work well with the older version.

I just noticed that Amanda's voice in the OLD game is slightly deep. While in the new game, Amanda's voice seem higher. New: less creepy Old: really creepy (especially the meat man scene) New: Seems to be a victim and is suffering in the game. (Like the kitten scene) Old: More sinister, she seems to be the villian. This game has really changed. First, Amanda is most portrayed as the main antagonist in the first installment of the saga. In the newer version, she is often seen as a villain, but also a victim. Another thing to point out, Wooly is more secure, and tries to show the audience that Amanda is the reason for his injuries; he is also more closer friends to Amanda. Amanda is also shown to have a different reaction when a wrong answer is chose, unlike the old version, she throws a bigger tantrum. She is also shown to be afraid of the monster inside of her, and tries to be free, as the entity invades the screen and attempts to exit the TV.

The other one had more of an anolog horror type of style but it was cheaper and there were no other endings, plus it didnt give us nearly enough lore back then now it gives us so much! Most of the horror factor was lost in the new game. Its more of a psychological mystery game. But the new game has much more tapes you can now move around get achievements multiple endings... Plus the animation is alot better now and they add so much more little details. The old one was ok but the new one is much better and i got used to it pretty quickly. So it was definitely Nessicery! Honestly the old version is dead to me. And Woolys nee design is SO cute and the personalitys in the new one are so much more like... Idk i js love the new one sm.

One of the most interesting changes to me from these demos to the final version is the meat store and how Amanda feels about it. In the demos, she's actively choosing to go there because she's trying to get rid of Wooly. Now, in the full game, she doesn't want to go there, almost like she's... afraid of it? Why? What happened there between it and her? There's still so many questions left unanswered. Hopefully, they will be answered in a sequel or update, perhaps.

ive noticed many people trying to prove that wooly is the evil one here, but personally i dont think amanda or wooly are evil. i think that based on the tape in the newer game of amanda buying a birthday card for wooly, she genuinely seems upset and not in control, and wooly seems not afraid of her and just wants to help. in other tapes like when she asks to help the lonely kitten (most likely referring to herself) she gets very upset when the player says anything but yes. and in the tape when she claims wooly broke his head, can anybody else tell how her movements are different then how they usually are? like it seems more obvious that theres something possessing her. i also do think that hameln is evil and may be the cause of sam’s disappearance but im not sure.

I think old Amanda wanted to kill Wooly, but had to keep him for the show. Like you could tell at the butcher scene she was making it very clear about killing Wooly. In the new one, she looks like she doesn’t want to do it when she had control over herself. When she had no control, she seemed she wanted to kill you and Wooly. Like when Amanda was killing wooly in the doctor scene I could tell she couldn’t control herself. But inside, I think she was an innocent child who was forced to do this, but she is nice inside. Also if the player keeps on getting something wrong, she goes insane because I’m guessing she is tortured if the player keeps on getting it wrong.

I love the new game, and if i could, I would def try it, but sometimes i think it's not worth paying for it. Maybe if the gameplay was more extended, it would be worth paying (imo)

amanda is not evil the devil is controlling her but wooly is a bit brave and afraid because he has no idea amanda is out of control this is a kid show but Amanda is infected and Amanda’s mother is Kate and Amanda’s dad is Sam and Amanda’s friends are rebecca and riley and her pet was wooly in 2021 I think Amanda is a person in real life but I think she died in 1998 years ago and Amanda became a game now that’s the truth but when you see a doll sitting a couch that’s Amanda’s doll even the blabbot but when you open the orange tape you can see a real life girl and you can see a amanda and wooly show and it’s not infected its a kids game or a show but it’s at 1987 years ago I think but in 1999 it’s now infected and it’s not a kid show anymore, it’s still a old version but it’s infected but in 2022-2023-2024 it’s now a new version but it’s still infected. Amanda is never going to be normal and when you read the aunt kates letter it means that’s a bad letter and it will give you nightmares about the amanda the abventurer. like me pls 🙏🏻 👇

I think it would be best of both worlds if Amanda keeps her newer voice when she's still sane and has some control while when she gets completely possessed (without turning into her monster form), her voice changes to the older sassy voice! XD

The old ATA was a lot better in details of atmosphere it gave the creepy tone no major jump scares but then it went down hill and became a lot cliche in terms of story telling and I REALLY hope they don’t make wooly the bad guy because at this point it would just ruin it. Also, the way that the game presented originally was a lot better just slap the new coat of paint and it would have been better especially with a bit of tweaking so it wasn’t the same as the demo.

I was here since the very early demos,and I can say it has evoled Wooly had no ears and Amanda was seen as the villain but now there’s different theorys and opinions but mine is that both are FULLY victims and Hameln is evil.
