Well in the first game Amanda mentions feeling as though she were rotting and that it feels far away. Perhaps the clothes were Rebecca's and Sam's. Could also just be a non-related victim gravesite.

I like how we get some lore when talking about the Butcher and Hameln. My theory is that the Butcher was someone at Hameln who performed the ritual that trapped Rebecca in the show. That would explain why he's shown in the "We can fix it!" Tape in between all of the distorted madness we see on screen and why Amanda is scared of him. "Close your eyes. Count down from ten. *YOU MAY FEEL THIS PINCH.* " The Rebecca is Amanda theory is proven by how Amanda is aware of who Sam, Kate, and Hameln is. Hell she even referred to Riley by name once.
