Thank you for sharing! The warrant is 10 year's old, it should be null and void especially since the State knew where the man lived by his license. Also, warrants have been known to be taken care of, and reappear when an Officer appears to act like a child over someone disliking them, or hurting their feelings.

Why do you do copy and repeat the framing that the cops use against him? "He was agressive!" Do you have the right to free speech? Do you have the right to communicate your dissatisfaction/geivence to your government? So it doesn't matter if he's friendly or abusive, it's HIS RIGHT to run his mouth. What about the fact that he has expelled both cops from his property several times on camera? Isn't that clearly a trespass violation by the police? He made no attempt to flee or evade the receipt of the ticket, so that there was no reason to enter the property or to keep stayng on it. And just because a cop may be friendly, he still does nothing but street robbery.

It didn’t go ignored it was sold to a collection agency so it literally doesn’t exist as a warrant it is simply a debt for collection. Both the statute of limitations on the offense and the debt have expired. The blue rat gang had to fabricate a new charge an entire month after the incident to cover their butts.

I am a retired 911 Dispatcher, and it doesn’t take 10 minutes for a warrant to comeback. However, if the warrant and pickup needed to be confirmed out of another jurisdiction it could take that long. Im going to make an educated guess, and say they wanted a reason to hook him so they delivered him to that agency out of spite or told that agency he was being an ahole. Since my initial guess on the first video was correct, I guarantee it’s one of the two. His insult game is still outstanding, and I’m sorry he was arrested by the feelings police.

If Uvalde happened here, all officers involved would have to leave the country. Being oppressive or cowardly isn’t the norm here, it shouldn’t be that anywhere! To me this is human rights issue.

He was being rather rude, but it's pretty stupid that the cop followed him all the way up to his house before deciding to "pull him over." I'd say the cop didn't do it sooner because he was running his plates to check for warrants as usual, but it seems he didn't bother with that until after the fact when he was going into his house. This was definitely retaliatory, and almost assuredly because of the big knock the cop got to his own ego. Even though it's not illegal to be a dick to the police, it's a great way to send them deeper into a fishing expedition, and this guy found that out the hard way. I'm on his side, but he should have just taken the ticket and let it go. It would have saved him from having to deal with the arrest.

I keep saying this, but cops only act this way because they no longer fear getting KO'd on someone's property with no legal recourse. Back in the day if you didn't have a lawful reason to be on someone's property, and they told you to leave, you left. Why? Because, even though you are a cop wearing a uniform, you would have zero legal recourse if they decided to physically remove you from their property, because you had no legal reason to be there and they told you to leave. Cops would get reprimanded by the judge, on top of any physical injuries they sustained while being forced off the property. They would just leave without issue, because if someone FORCED them to leave it would be their right, and the officer would be in the wrong. Only the dumb ones would get KO'd and manhandled around the front lawn, followed by the judge calling them, and I quote, "stupid as Hell", adding insult to injury. Don't know what changed, as far as I recall we still have the right to tell ANYONE to get the Hell off of our property if they don't have a lawful reason to be there, and the right to remove them by force if they refuse to leave willingly. If I had to guess, judges simply stopped punishing the bad cops and started punishing the property owners instead. Totally backwards. Make police afraid of getting KO'd and dragged onto the front lawn again.

The cops did not like this guy's attitude or his mouth (free speech). He did not bow to them and lick their boots. They did not like being told to leave private property. If there was an outstanding warrant, the issuing authority was certainly not going to transport him back to Texas. These cops just wanted to give him a ride and book him for something, anything. As far as going into his house, that was a 4th Amendment violation. You do not just bust into someone's house and say that you have a warrant.

@@kevinallies1014 In most states, once it's sent to a collection agency, it's up to that agency to get a arrest warrant or a lien, it's like a transfer of debt transaction. The collection agency is responsible to collect the debt for a fee. If it was paid before the court date, that should have cancelled that too.

This arrest looked retaliatory to me too. With all the shoplifting happening all over the US, especially Calif. & NY, police WASTE their time and energy on something like this. My motto; "go after REAL criminals" NOT people like this. How can a 10-year-old warrant just be hanging around? Shouldn't there be notices mailed out once a year OR every other year about such things? I just sent in an excuse for jury duty, AND now I have to double check to make sure everything went through OK, OR there may be a warrant issued for me. These cops were using "their authority" to get back at the guy, simply said.
