Thank you for sharing! The warrant is 10 year's old, it should be null and void especially since the State knew where the man lived by his license. Also, warrants have been known to be taken care of, and reappear when an Officer appears to act like a child over someone disliking them, or hurting their feelings.

Why do you do copy and repeat the framing that the cops use against him? "He was agressive!" Do you have the right to free speech? Do you have the right to communicate your dissatisfaction/geivence to your government? So it doesn't matter if he's friendly or abusive, it's HIS RIGHT to run his mouth. What about the fact that he has expelled both cops from his property several times on camera? Isn't that clearly a trespass violation by the police? He made no attempt to flee or evade the receipt of the ticket, so that there was no reason to enter the property or to keep stayng on it. And just because a cop may be friendly, he still does nothing but street robbery.

He was being rather rude, but it's pretty stupid that the cop followed him all the way up to his house before deciding to "pull him over." I'd say the cop didn't do it sooner because he was running his plates to check for warrants as usual, but it seems he didn't bother with that until after the fact when he was going into his house. This was definitely retaliatory, and almost assuredly because of the big knock the cop got to his own ego. Even though it's not illegal to be a dick to the police, it's a great way to send them deeper into a fishing expedition, and this guy found that out the hard way. I'm on his side, but he should have just taken the ticket and let it go. It would have saved him from having to deal with the arrest.
