Old WEATHERED paint ACADEMY 1/72 F/A-18 A+ Hornet - Aircraft model

To do the marbling, I'm assuming it's lower psi?

It depends on the paint. In general, lower air pressure and a thin nozzle are used. However, it's necessary to experiment to see what works best.
