Happy to drop a comment, as you unleashed many fond memories of A2. From jaunts in to visit from the north where I lived in Waterford, MI, to actually attending UM and getting an MFA. I transferred there to be with my 9th grade GF, and we got married nearby. We loved the town, had a total BLAST, but saw it getting busier and crazier. Happily relocated out to Syracuse, NY and had a family and settled down. The UM degree and experience set it all in motion. Thank you for this trip down memory lane. An astonishing place, and now I see why. This show helps. I can now see much, much more about that place, and this realm that we all reside in, for our brief period on the planet. Well done, good sir! Peace Cheers Onward.

That is mental. I can't believe how well they kept this shit hushed up. That building at 7:22 is a dead ringinger for the tower of london - Norman Tudor - which means built 11th century, topped out 15th. Crazy stuff.

the big library you showed in the opening is absolutely stunning, especially the interior. Ann Arbor is full of old world, drop dead gorgeous houses too, surrounding the university. Also check out Fordson Highschool in Dearborn MI, on outskirts of Detroit. The Henry Ford Estate in Dearborn might be old world too. Eloise, the Wayne County insane asylum ,which must have been in the middle of nowhere when it was built. And I'd love to see something on the Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA) which I believe is also Tartarian... I've only ever seen the Old DIA shown on these sorts of videos, which I believe is gone now. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

The pipe organ at Hill Auditorium was and is used for zoo and orchestral concerts. It is considered one of the best organs in the country. The console (key/pedal board) is stored under the stage and is raised by a hydraulic lift through a trap door. It takes over an hour to fill the column of water to bring the console to stage level.

Ann Arbor is a gem. I'm from Jackson Michigan, which is 35 miles west of A.A. During the pre and post 20th century, Jackson's population was quite a bit larger than Ann Arbors. Jackson was a wealthy industrial town and also had and still has a large amount of old world architecture with many beautiful, impossible built structures. There are also many great mansions that have survived. Cascades falls is a massive man made water fall that was supposedly modeled after a man made water falls/fountain in Spain. We were the center of railway commerce, handling almost 50 passenger trains daily coming and going. We still have one remaining old world theater downtown that is currently being restored to its original glory. The downtown region is a church extravaganza. We still have our original Carnegie library as well. I know its a stretch what with so many towns and cities to cover but it would be great to see you do a feature on Jackson. Thanks for this channel. You're doing a bang up job.

Nicely done. Your video got me thinking about my Alma mater Illinois and about land grant universities. Especially the ones "founded" in 1862. U of I, purdue, and u of c Berkley all have massive underground libraries. I wonder if there are more within that group. And the fact that most of these land grant universities were located in the literal middle of nowhere in 1862 and didn't have access readily available to create these massive buildings. My mind is just racing and itching to start digging on this. Keep it up!

@MrSnoomun1983
@MrSnoomun1983 Жыл бұрын
@matthewpohlman the civil war was key to this passing as southern states prevented it prior to secession. They didn't think the federal government should be involved in education. Now with open eyes, my limited knowledge of the land grant system and how the original plan was to found a government run higher education system open to everyone under the guise of the three main subject focuses of military, mechanical, and agricultural teaching specifically targeting the general populous including women, all of which were really taking off at the exact same time as the explosion of the world's fairs is not a coincidence. It doesn't take a conspiracy theorist to see how all of these events are easily connected in plain sight. The Rabbit hole of manipulation is deep and I am so looking forward to diving in.

I can't even mention the name of my land grant university because of "The Algorithm" of what occurred there. But heck yeah, those buildings were always there with some extra coliseum shaped buildings thrown in for good measure. And it is on an ancient fault line up the east coast with granite and all the other accouterments. I am looking forward to knowing when the knowing comes.

I literally grew up on the campus of a U. S. land grant university with this exact type of arcitecture. Old and new set side by side. It was isolated, in the mountains, and had an otherworldly feel that drew me in. It was rumored to have an exclusive quarry (which was staged but never used that I saw). Kind of reminded me of the "Breaking Away" mythos. Luckily, I bounced out of it's orbit. But I will never forgive nor forget the lies of omission of what it was and why it was there. Strangely, I live near Ann Arbor now and it is one weird vortex that reminds me of home but in the worst ways. Never in a hurry to visit, even for the architecture.

I used to go to Ann Arbor all the time. I wish I had eyes to see, instead of just assuming and taking for granted. My heart feels horrible when I see pictures of the Chicago world's fair, knowing that itwas painted to look fake, in order t destroy the memory of a civilazition that we were only meant to immitate a bit before being led to think it was impossible.

I live 20 miles south of Ann Arbor in Milan, MI.. I loved this video! I’m going to have to go exploring as soon as possible. I especially enjoyed looking at all the amazing churches and am extremely curious to know what they look like inside. You have to know something about college towns. The students aren’t counted in the official population count. They aren’t full time citizens here. I assure you, there are so many of them that the population nearly doubles during the time that school is in session. Nowdaze, it feels like there’s never a time the young folks aren’t out numbering the locals. They stand out. I used to enjoy going to AA on the weekends and hanging out where the young folks did ( I was younger then as well ), but they’ve changed. They are mostly brainwashed into believing all the Marxist BS that’s fed to them by their professors. It’s a crying shame. One of the last buildings you showed is named the Yost Field House. HUGE, gorgeous building that was used to do all manner of sports inside in all sorts of weather. You asked about Michigan winters. They suck HARD! I don’t want to move. It gets cold enough to instantly freeze the boogers in your nose! Summers are hot and muggy. Spring and autumn are divine! Thank you so much for the eye candy. I love your videos. You’ve got a nice way of stating the obvious without sounding like a paranoid or a cranky old man. Much appreciated.

In ann arbor michigan on main street and liberty they dug up a large brick arch. Had no clue and buried it up again. If you go to Roots bar in ann arbor off main street you can see how it would be the same large brick tunnel connection that is under ground and is blocked off with new brick less skillfully put in

Both are probably more like 8 or 900 years old, if not considerably more. We still haven't put a foot down as to " when " and by " who " exactly these structures were built. And since " time " is a stumbling block at this point, pick your favorite point in ... linear time and run it into the ground. Myself, I think we are looking at the structures that the masters " Yeshua's followers " in Revelation, manifested, used, and then when they did their ass-ention they left the buildings here for us to play with at some point in time. I just want to know, if I went back to say 846 or j846, would the buildings be there.? And would the people be there? Or has a sub reality been some how dropped in our laps.
