Thanks for the walk around. Always enjoyable to see what's in the paddock. That Alfa sprint was my favourite I think. Italian curves, in all the right places. The well traveled Model A Ford has seen more of Australia than I have, And I live here ! Keep up the good work, I'm enjoying your Sundays "off".

Great Vid, Rick. The two cars that stand out for me are the red Lagonda (breathtaking) and the oily rag Austin (fantastic). The Dodge Roadster looked sharp. Overall a nice gathering of interesting cars. It's nice to see the oily rag stuff out and about.

I Nice walk around that. The Alpha Julieta was a really good example, I wounder if the owner was called Julieta? Many of these vintage cars looked well prepared for the trial even though one or two appeared to be falling apart. Some even had good navigatetores in the form of dogs, they just follow the smell of the fuel from the car in front! Nice video and thank you for sharing. 👍

Great selection.l owned a couple of series 3 sovereigns,a 6 and a 12 which were Jags but would have been Daimler’s if they’d been a bit older. My favourite is the Majestic Major which could outrun a mk 10 Jag much to their embarrassment at the time. I can’t help thinking that the mk10 would have been much more of a success in America if they’d fitted the glorious Daimler v8.

While I suppose some of the owners in this video are of comfortable means, that might not be the case for everyone, perhaps they prioritise a car they enjoy driving over other monthly outgoings that many others take for granted, such as various subscriptions to TV (Sky, Netflix), fancy phone contracts, eating out several times a week, finance repayments on the latest new car etc. Lose all the non-essential stuff and owning an interesting old car becomes a more viable proposition for many people.
